As part of our on-going member led initiatives to improve engagement with communities the Authority will be trialling the use of an audio sound system to make it easier to hear public speakers and discussions during the meeting and to make a digital sound recording available to members of the public who are unable to attend. To help inform the trial can you forward any comments or feedback to Democratic Services using the contact details at the end of the agenda. |

In the event of the committee not having completed its business by 1.00 pm the Chair will exercise discretion to adjourn the meeting at a suitable point for a 30 minute lunch break after which the committee will re-convene. |
