Use the guidance notes to help you decide which forms you need to print out. Fill them in and return them to us by post or in person. We have a legal duty to make available certain details relating to planning applications.
When your application has been registered, the application form and other associated documents will be available for public inspection on the website.
PLEASE NOTE: From 6 April 2008 we can no longer accept applications on the current forms. All applications must be submitted using the new national standard application forms which are available below.
