Planning application documents are available to view at Reception, Aldern House, Baslow Road, Bakewell during normal office hours.

If you wish to enquire about the status of an application or  are experiencing problems with planning related documents,  please contact the Customer Service Team on 01629 816200 or customer.service@peakdistrict.gov.uk

We endeavour to publish documents that are submitted as part of a planning application within 5 working days of the application being registered.

Applications that have been decided by officers under 'delegated powers'

Search for:

Applications registered within the last seven days

Applications registered within the last six months

Applications registered more than six months ago
