s106 Agreements
An s106 agreement refers to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which allows a legally-binding agreement or planning obligation between a Planning Authority and a landowner in association with the granting of planning permission.
If you need to sign an s106 agreement, please read our VPA1 guidance notes (see above) to see what details/evidence you need to provide. You may also wish to download a blank standard agreement form below to see the precise obligations you will be required to enter into.
Please be aware s106 agreements are important legal documents and must be drafted by us. Do not attempt to use or edit these documents to draft your own s106 agreement as it will be rejected.
