Environmental Quality Mark

Other Services

The following businesses have achieved the Peak District Environmental Quality Mark for their sensitive management of the National Park environment.

Every farmer and land manager who has achieved the Environmental Quality Mark for their products or services is taking care of the special environment of the Peak District National Park by:

  • Managing part of their land for nature conservation
  • Taking care of the special wildlife on their land
  • Maintaining their traditional buildings
  • Preserving the archaeological and historical features on their land
  • Keeping their land tidy to make it a special part of the Peak District landscape
  • Good agricultural practices and animal welfare.
