A new look for the Peak District National Park Authority website
Our website has undergone a facelift to improve the service we offer to you.
New design
The new site has a cleaner look and feel with more images than before. We’ve also made it easier to find the information you want.
We have researched the pages you visit most often and used this to redesign the pages so the 50 most popular pages are now just one click from the home page, and the top 200 pages just two clicks away.
New planning search
We have responded to feedback that said you wanted an easier way of finding information about planning applications. You can now search for planning applications by the name of the place, the applicant or any other search term. See http://pam.peakdistrict.gov.uk for the new search
What has stayed the same
The page names are the same as on the old website. This means links from search engines, other websites and ones that appear on leaflets and posters will continue to work.
Spot a problem? Then let us know
When you launch a new website with over 1,000 separate web pages and nearly 3,000 documents and images there are bound to be some niggles. So we need your help to find and correct any problems such as links that don’t work. If you spot anything please let us know by emailing webmaster@peakdistrict.gov.uk
Got views on the new website?
The same email address can also be used to let us know if you prefer the new website to the old one. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you find the new website easier to use.
