Peak District National Park Authority publications
Following the Adoption of the revised RSS8 (East Midlands Regional Plan) on 12 March 2009, the Peak District National Park Structure Plan no longer contains statutory policy.
The Structure Plan has been replaced by RSS8; this is accompanied by a schedule that shows which policies replace which.
However, the National Park Authority will continue to take the Peak District National Park Structure Plan (adopted 1994) as being material to planning decisions wherever this remains useful and/or necessary in support of the Peak District National Park Local Plan (NB: this relates to those Structure Plan Policies “saved” beyond 27 September 2007).
All policies were saved except the following which no longer have any relevance:
