Get into cycling class – beginners cycle training
Wednesday 13 October 1-3pm at Parsley Hay cycle hire centre
Need that push to get you back on your bike?
Always fancied giving cycling a go but don't feel confident enough?
Then this is the session for you! Traffic-free cycle session aimed at beginners and those lacking in confidence/skills. It will cover balance and control eg looking behind, signalling etc. in a safe traffic-free environment. Plus advice about cycling on local roads, equipment and accessories etc. You’re never too old to learn a new skill.
“I had never ever been on a bicycle until I attended the beginners session so to learn to ride in only a few hours (at the age of 60!) was really exciting. It was great fun and you can even hire a bicycle for the session, so there really is no excuse not to give it a try - it's easier than you think!” – Margaret
Bikes are available to hire for this session. Limited places available please book in advance.
