Pedal Peak District

Pedal Peak District aims to improve opportunities for cycling in the national park. The Department of Transport and Cycling England have given us £2.25million to create a safe cycling route between Buxton and Bakewell and encourage more people to cycle, particularly families and those who don’t currently cycle much or at all.

This is a huge project and the details are being worked on at the moment.  In the meantime here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help explain what the project is all about.

Please come back to the website over the coming months as we will be developing leaflets, tips for cyclists, events and much more.
