Exploring My Sense of Place

Key Stage: 2

Locations: Various locations, including the Upper Derwent Valley; the Goyt Valley; North Lees (Stanage), Roaches (Lud's Church) and Longshaw Estates; Langsett or Castleton with Mam Tor and Odin Mine

However, our most popular locations are Tideswell Dale (Millers Dale) including the Monsal Trail with its tunnels and the Burbage Valley above Hathersage.  For more details on locations, please contact us for further information

Duration:  Available as a half or full day, or as an evening activity on a residential visit

Exploring My Sense of Place is an interactive ‘walk and talk’, experiencing the landscapes, wildlife and cultural heritage of the Peak District National Park.  It is ideal for Comparing and Contrasting landscapes
