The Mountain Environment investigates and experiences the weather and landscapes of the Uplands of the Peak District.  Ideal for Comparing and Contrasting landscapes, it also investigates Hathersage; a village that has developed, in part, as a result of its proximity to North Lees and Stanage Edge, one of Britain's most popular rock climbing venues
