The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new set of rules governing the privacy and security of personal data laid down by the European Commission. The single data protection act makes major changes to all of Europe’s privacy laws and will replace the outdated Data Protection Directive from 1995.It has been designed to give power back to citizens over how their data is processed and to simplify the regulatory environment.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your personal data, describes the categories of personal data we process and for what purposes. We are committed to collecting and using such data fairly and in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a subject access request. There is no charge for this and whilst there is no requirement for you to complete a form to make the request, doing so would help us to locate the information and respond more quickly.
