Car Parks
The National Park Authority owns 49 car parks.
Did
you know that your car park fee is used to:
- Maintain car parks
- Fund litter removal
- Improve toilet facilities
- Provide information for visitors
- Help conserve the special qualities of the National Park
- Install CCTV cameras in an effort with Derbyshire Police to reduce crime

Permits
An annual permit entitles you to park at all the chargeable car parks owned and managed by the National Park Authority.
| Residents (for people living within the National Park boundary) | £15 |
| Visitors (for people living outside the National Park boundary) | £30 |
| Senior citizen visitors | £20 |
| Coach | £60 |
Please ensure that if you apply for a residents' permit your address is within the National Park.
