Village Study

Why are villages formed?  How are they different to our own home towns?  What makes them special?  This case study aims to inspire curiosity on the local history and environment of the village.  Promoting understanding of the need for sustainable management of the landscape and the special qualities of the Peak District National Park.  Pupils will be encouraged to think critically and develop perspective and judgment.


Suitable for: Years 4 - 6.


Duration: Minimum 3.5 hours


Location: coach directions and meeting place, please call for information.
