Planning committee

Planning Committee deals with all development control matters including minerals, listed buildings and conservation areas, architectural, landscape and tree preservation issues which are covered by planning legislation.

The planning committee meets once a month at 10am on the second Friday of the month to consider planning applications, appeals and enforcement issues.
