The Procurement Act 2023 which came into force on 24 February 2025, introduces new procurement rules for public bodies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  An enhanced Find a Tender service (FTS) was launched, providing a central digital platform for public procurement.

The Contracts Finder service will retain historic contract information regarding awards made by the Authority, and  information on those contracts that have yet to be awarded and were registered on the platform before 24 February 2025

Warslow Moors Estate Wader Protection Plan Project

The Peak District National Park Authority invites tenders to provide agreed predator control programme services to protect the breeding waders in Warslow Moors Estate. The services will be delivered between the 1 January and 30 June of each year of the contract on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender.

Anonymised responses to tender queries will be uploaded to the PDNPA website when necessary. It is a tenderer’s responsibility to check for these.
