You can use it to find documents and details of planning applications and, since January 2012, appeals if you know some or all of the applicant's name, address of the property or planning application or appeal number. You can also add comments for certain types of application when a decision has not been made.
You can also use send comments on an application by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Planning application documents are also available to view at Reception, Aldern House, Baslow Road, Bakewell during normal office hours.
