The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended)


Bakewell Town Council has submitted a Neighbourhood Plan proposal under Regulation 15(1) of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and the Plan was approved by the Authority for consultation on 25th June 2020.

The Plan sets out planning policies for Bakewell Neighbourhood Area.

Consultation Period: Thursday 27 August to Friday 16 October.

All responses must be received no later than 5pm on Friday 4th December 2020

Any representations may include a request to be notified of the decision of Peak District National Park Authority whether to make Bakewell Neighbourhood Development Plan or refuse to make the Plan.

Dore Neighbourhood Plan Proposal - Regulation 16 Consultation

Sheffield City Council has received a Neighbourhood Plan proposal submitted by Dore Neighbourhood Forum.
A consultation is open for a period of 6 weeks to receive representations on the submitted plan.
Representations on the Dore Neighbourhood Plan should be made directly to Sheffield City Council on or before Monday 26 October 2020.
