Supplementary Regulation 19 Consultation

The Peak District National Park Authority (‘the Authority’) undertook a Regulation 19 consultation on its Draft Local Plan 2026-2045 (Publication Draft) from Monday 27 July 2026 to Sunday 20 September 2026.

Since that time an error has come to light regarding Policy H13 on the provision of affordable housing.

The Authority is therefore undertaking a proportionate supplementary Regulation 19 consultation on Policy H13 as amended and on associated/cross-referenced Polices and Spatial Objectives, as set out in the Supplementary Regulation 19 Consultation Document.

The Statement of Representations Procedure and Guidance Note sets out the error, how it has been corrected and the process for the supplementary Regulation 19 consultation.

All comments received under the original and supplementary Regulation 19 consultations will be submitted for examination.

Consultation Period

The consultation period is from 9:00 am on Tuesday 13 October 2026 to 11.59pm on Tuesday 10 November 2026.

How to make representations

Representations should be made to the Authority in accordance with the above Statement:

• by email to localplan@peakdistrict.gov.uk
• in writing to The Policy and Communities Team, Peak District National Park Authority, Aldern House, Baslow Road, Bakewell, DE45 1AE.

Submission documents and supporting evidence documents that formed part of the original Regulation 19 consultation are not subject to this supplementary Regulation 19 consultation, but can be still be viewed on the Authority's website.
