Seasonal Change in the Peak District
Bring the changing seasons to life with this hands-on day in the woodland. Pupils will explore how nature and this environment transforms as we head into Autumn and winter, discovering the fascinating ways animals and plants have adapted in order to survive.
Dependent on the age group and weather, this day has the option to spend part of the day indoors doing nature based crafts.
With engaging outdoor activities, nature based investigations and curriculum linked learning, our Seasonal Change days can help pupils to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.
