Seasonal Change in the Peak District

The seasonal change day gives pupils the opportunity to discover the changing seasons and how animals adapt to survive. This programme is adaptable to explore the changing seasons focusing on hibernation in Autumn and Winter, new life in Spring and seeds and growth in Summer and Autumn. The Moorland Discovery Centre is also used for making Christmas crafts (November – December) and offers a festive seasonal change programme.
