Habitats

Step into the wild and discover the unique habitats and environemnts that make the Peak District so special!

This day of discovery involves using scientific equipment to explore and compare different habitats, learning more about the flora and fauna that call each environment home. By identifying and categorizing the different species you find, you’ll begin to understand the amazing adaptations that help each one survive and thrive in their own environments.

Curriculum linked and immersive, our habitats day is the perfect opportunity to bring learning to life, explore new environments and develop a deeper understanding of the unique habitats and wildlife that make the Peak District National Park so unique.
