Hartington Town Quarter Neighbourhood Plan

Made by Peak District National Park Authority on 4 September 2026. Referendum result: 95% yes.

The Hartington Town Quarter Neighbourhood Plan sets out planning policies for the parish, prepared by Hartington Town Quarter Parish Council. Following a referendum on 8 July 2026, in which 95% of those voting supported the plan (108 yes, 6 no), the Peak District National Park Authority formally made the plan on 4 September 2026. It now forms part of the statutory development plan and will be used to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area.
